Microscope Soldering Technician (2nd Shift)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Microscope Soldering Technician with experience working to IPC-7711/7721 standards and proficiency in performing detailed rework under a microscope. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a steady hand, and experience assembling and soldering electronic components in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Interpret mechanical and PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) documentation and follow work instructions written in English to perform tasks accurately.
Perform detailed rework, including hand soldering and minor troubleshooting, on thru-hole and SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) components.
Maintain accurate logs and records of work tasks and completed repairs.
Skillfully use handheld tools such as tweezers, soldering irons, hotplates, and other relevant equipment.
Collaborate with coworkers, including production line team members, SMT operators, and other departments, to ensure quality standards are met and production goals are achieved.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: Prior experience in assembly and soldering of thru-hole and SMT components is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with working to IPC-7711/7721 standards.
Proficiency in precision tasks requiring a microscope.
Keen eye for detail and manual dexterity to handle small-scale components.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete tasks with high accuracy.
